29 gal. FOWLR Bio Cube in the planning stages

What kind of recommendations do you guys have for a heater, thermometer, powerhead for the biocube? I've been looking at the websites and have no idea what products are good and reliable so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

A 100 or 150 watt heater with a thermostat.

Thank you everyone for all your suggestions and ideas. My wife is on board with the tank so once we put aside some extra money the tank will be ordered and we will be up and running. My 2 yr old son is going to have a blast watching the fish.
