55 gallon fowlr stocking ideas (for my first one)

need a little help i started my first saltwater en devour but am a cichlid enthusiast by blood but i need some stocking ideas for my first saltwater i have a 55 gallon tank with a fluval 303 and my lighting is t5 10,000 daylight and a actinic bulb with led's i have the aragonite sand for the bottom i will have a protein skimmer next week

That size will limit what you can get. Are you going reef or fish only? Reef will limit you even more for fish, but there are all the cool corals to make up for that. Places like live aquaria.com will give suggested tank sizes for fish. See what grabs you and make sure the tank size works. Then come back with a list and you can get some idea of the order to buy the fish.

For 55g, you can have Hovens wrasse, carpenters wrasse(theres a few other wrasses you could get too), clowns, blennies, basslet (chalk, royal gramma, etc), chromis, cardinals, hawk fish, gobies, that's just off the top oft head. Do check out the liveaquaria.com site and research there.

the tank is going to be a fowlr tank today is day 2 waiting for cloudiness to clear still any advice?

Oh, we'll I it's FOWLR, you can get a dwarf angel. They're fine in 30g and up, but not good in a reef tank. But for yours, should be fine. Add angel last, though, cuz they're semi-aggressive.
