Having a bit of an issue with oxygen bubbles sticking to everything in my tank, from the decorations, live rock to the heater cover. It's not due to a lack of flow as I've 2 fairly powerful powerheads! The algae starts to grow over the top of them and I'm worried about maybe gas build up.

Do your bubbles originate from your skimmer outlet? If yes maybe consider a defuser or place a small amount of filter wool in your outlet which will effectively do the same thing as a diffuser. Also, have you used any treatment in your tank recently?

I already have a bubble stop on the skimmer, and have not put any treatment in the water

This is what the heater looks like lol

I would say nothing for you to worry about, keep up your PWC 's and any adverse gasses from bubbles or algae won't be a problem.
