No, you should not add a Huma Huma to your tank. IMO it is woefully overstocked now. Tangs should not be kept in tanks of less than 48", some say 75g minimum. I wouldn't go that far with a yellow, but if it is a large yellow tang, it needs the 48" of tank length ;)
 
So I cannot add any more fish even with better filtration?

No, filtration is only one aspect of stocking. With todays filtration it is way easy to overstock a tank, which will cause it's own problems. Your tank now is on a downward spin (might take a few months to a year) for a crash. What is equaly important is compatability and stress. On the reef your fish have alot more room, in a tank, the fish are squeezed together, in an overstocked tank they are squeezed so much together that it causes a very stressful environment, which leads to aggression, parasitic infestation or disease.
 
you are wanting to put territorial predator fish in a tank that to them would be like you living in a broom closet.
