adding live rock

What is the thought on adding live rock? I have a 130g and I need more live rock. I have about 70lbs now and will pick up a piece every couple of weeks or so. does this help or disrupt the balance of the tank?? Or does it even make a difference in a 130?

Ideally the rock you add to an established tank should be cured or somewhat close to being cured. An established tank should be able to cope with some dieoff from uncured rock as long as not to much uncured rock is added at one time.
