Adding live sand

I have a 30 gal tank and it's been cycling for 2 1/2 weeks now.. It has 20lbs of live sand already but I wanna add another 20lbs.. I also have live rocks in it.. Will it be ok to add more sand? Will it effect the cycle???

Should be fine in tank that's cycling
