Air bubbles in my salt water tank

My 26 gl salt water tank has been up and running for 3 weeks now. The water is very clear but I have tiny bubbles or salt particles floating around in the top 10 inch of the water. I have a penguin 200 filter and a petco power head for 40-60 gl. I have removed the air hose from the PH and it helped some, but I still have air bubbles or particles floating around. The bottom half of the tank has no bubbles. Any idea?

It sounds to me like you are getting microbubbles from the filter. If you can fill the tank a little more to raise the water level up a bit, it may help with this.
