Try and place it between 2 rocks where the flow isn't as powerful, hopefully then it find it's own place it likes in the tank. Mine took almost 1 month till it found its happy place, which was at the bottom and kinda dug its foot into the sand/side of the rock.
Is this the Condy you have. They tend to move a lot as it is, rare for clowns to host. Your tank most be very stable and proper lighting is required to keep them. How old is your tank and what type of lighting do you have. What are your water parameters. If you still having algae problems then I'd work in getting that fixed
