Apitasia anemone

I got a piece of live rock from my lfs and soon realized I had some tag-alongs. I wasnt sure what they were at first, i actually thought they were cool because I have a 75g fowlr. Are these a problem? Will they be a problem? If so, how should I go about getting rid of them without harming the tank itself or the rock?

if it us in fact apstasia it should'nt be an issue but I have heard if they get really big they can sting your fish. You can either buy a medicine with a needle and stick it in the apstasia to kill it or like me buy a peppermint shrimp they sometimes eat it.
