Aquac Remora question

Installed Monday, cleaned with warm water prior per instructions.

Stir am not getting ANY skim in cup.

I have cup sitting as far as it can go, and the bubbles don't even reach up the tube 1/2 inch.

Suggestions?

It took mine about a week before it started collecting stuff. I would wait a week and see what happens.

Ok currently my tank is fallow due to my clowns dying of ich.

Have 7 narrius snails, a couple turbo snails, and a cleaner shrimp.

So that much waste I guess. Just cleaned the sides of my tank with the mag float and OH BOY!

Nice green skimmate bubbling up! so it works, LOL just must not have much to clean at the moment.

Also got my purigen in today, so I threw that into the hob. I should never have nitrates anymore!

From what I understand there is a break in period. Dont know how long but have had people that have that brand say so.
