are these bulbs enough?

i have a dual light hood. i have a coralife trichromatic 100% super daylight (that's what the box says) 6500K and a 50/50.

are they good enough for FOWLR?

For a FOWL, I would say yes, however, the answer is premature without knowing the type of bulbs. Are they NO or PC?

Either one will be ok for FOWLR.

Well, NO bulbs are like the standard flourescents you see in offices with contacts on both ends, and PC you usually have a remote ballast and one end has the electrical contacts. They are also more powerful.
