Beat type of lighting

I have a metal halide light that's a pretty good one, I am just wondering what are all of you guys thoughts in the best type?

It all depends on personal preference and what you have in your tank, if its a FOWLR tank T5HO lighting is nice IMO but if you have a Reef Tank people seem to have better results with Metal Halide and LED's. Its all about the look of the tank and the actual light that its getting from your light source. And of course, how much money is in your budget lol
