Best way to feed engineer goby

I'm looking for the best way to feed my engineer gobys. I currently have a powder blue and two engineer gobys. I've tried feeding them with the power head blowing past them and with just squirting in front of them but Ones in a hard spot to do that. And sometimes they won't pop out. Whats the best way to feed without wasting food and contaminating water
