Bi-Colour Angelfish not eating?!

I don't think the tanks to small. If those are the dimensions in the ops signature than the angel should be fine.
Did you see it eat at the store?

Hmm yeah I'd definitely try the frozen. If that doesn't work then you may need to do live at first

Also may depend on the type of pellet an flake... I went to my aunts the other day an she was feeding a real general freshwater flake to her saltwater fish... They were eating it but I told her it was geared towards a specific type of fish.

garlic live mysiss ,frozen never try to introduce a new fish with pellets and flakes angels are hard to get to eat this is why many of them die from starvation , this is a good example of why QT is important , so you can be sure he is eating and is healthy Qt also helps a fish to overcome stress that fish in one week has seen more stress than it has in it's whole lifetime between the distributor the pet store , and you bringing it home , angels are very fragile fish when stressed but once they are acclimated they can be very hardy
