Big lump on my coral beauty!??

Hi,i have just brought a coral beauty home and noticed it has a massive hard lump at the base of one of its fins near the gill!.............anyone any ideas as to what it is? Or what to do about it?

Its bot the best pic but you can see the mass cyst/wart type thing at the base of its fin! Uts constantly goinng to the cleaner shrimp and the cleaner wrasse is going mental on the lump,any ideas??

How about these? I had to zoom cos its a big tank,its a really big bulbous pimple!
