blenny problems
I just got a tri colored blenny,i was watching him yesterday and noticed him picking on my hermit crabs ,is this normal? Also one of my emerald crabs was found half eaten (i wonder who ) thanks for any info. P.s. Can i also put another type of blenny in my tank? There cool to watch (i have an 150 gal. ) louiseberry

Are you sure the crab is not a molt. They look like the real thing.

Heh, yeah blennys are characters and always interested in their surrounding environment. As for the emerald crab, are you sure it isn't just a molt? It is hit or miss. I've had various blennys mix quite well yet have had even lawnmower blennys attack and kill other blennys within minutes. I think 150g is more than enough room as long as you have plenty of rockwork for them to escape each other.

What about a shrimp goby paired with a pistol shrimp?
