How are they?
Would they be okay in a FOWLR? Reef?
Will they hurt invertebrates?
Anything else I should know?

FOWLR, yes
Reef, no

Some will eat sessile inverts and mobile inverts and all have the capability of poisoning your entire tank (along with themselves) when under stress. They are also a very difficult fish to keep in captivity, need very large tanks since they get huge, and well the poisoning thing is enough for me not to consider them.

They are such cute, I wanted one real bad for a while but have come to the realization that I don't have what it takes to keep one.
