My mother recently returned from our vacation house in Cozumel, mex and brought me a skeleton of a brain coral. I want to add it to my tank for the coralline algae to grow on it. Any tips on how to introduce to te tank?

What size tank do you have. Is the tank established? Not knowing what is on the skeleton, you may want to bleach it, rinse it in water, add prime as needed ( to remove chlorine; may need to be done a few times), and then add it to your tank. You never know where it has been sitting and what it's picked up.

30g tank my tank has been running for over two months coralline algae grown everywhere.
Clarkii clown
Sleeper gold head goby
Cleaner shrimp
Firefish goby
Scooter blenny

Yeah, just bleach it to kill everything on there, soak it in water, resoak again in new water, and add prime to remove the chlorine. Better safe than sorry.

New to this sorry,
what do u mean by prime and how much bleach should I put?
