brown dots on glass

I am getting brown dots on my glass...what is this and how do I treat it?

brown dots? Can u take pictures? I was thinking just diatoms or brown algae which u can just use mag cleaner or algae scraper to clean it, but we need to see it to make sure we are on the same page.
