Calcium Formula and Adjusting Water Conditions

Hello there! I have just purchased some Kent Calcium, Iodine, and Strontium additives for my aquarium. Here are my current levels. I am curious what formulas you would use to see what your calcium levels with KH levels, etc. Also, what would I try to adjust my levels to?

46 gallon FOWLR
60 Pounds Lalo Live Rock
1 Coral Beauty Angel
2 Peppermint Shrimp
Assorted Crabs and Snails

Calcium: 340 - 360 mg/L
KH - 140 mg/L

I just do PWC to get my Calcium to 420. I do them weekly. How often are you doing them and what type Salt.
