hello. i have a peacock mantis shrimp in one aquarium and a reef aquarium for my other

my reef has become infested with bristleworms, a couple that are pretty big (about 3/16ths of an inch thick, 6 or 7 inches long!)

i am determined to catch these worms, but i was wondering would that be a safe snack for my mantis? my mantis is a tough little beast but i'm just ignorant on whether it would be a good idea or not

any feedback would be helpful. thanks!

be careful catching them they sting :) i have stung by a bristle worm yet touch wood , but dont know much about amntis shrimp but i do know they like meaty foods , i know snails and fish if they can catch but not to sure about bristle worms but then it is a meaty food.
