Can i get a copperbanded butterflyfish if i have O. Clown, a yellow tang, and an anemone? Will it nip at the anemone?

No way to answer for sure with the information you provided. Please update your "my info" part of your profile and include information on the type of setup you have to include size, filtration, inhabitants etc.

In the meantime here is some info on the copperband:

I will tell you they are a difficult fish to keep. I have tried twice with no success. There is a possibility it will go after an anenome since some use them to help control aptasia.

HTH,

Tank size you have the minimum required. Live aquaria says " They may pick on invertebrates, especially anemones and feather dusters. " So I would guess you are taking a chance if you do.

The Copperband Butterflyfish is a rather difficult fish to tend to, they are very picky eaters are definitely known to starve themselves (Which is very stressful to you and the fish).
