Changing from fresh water to salt water!!

I have a big rock on my fresh water fish tank it red I think it's a lava rock not to sure n some rock looking castle, what I was wondering can I add this to salt water tank? I know it not part of natural habitat but wondering if I can add it without harming fish? Here photos...
