Clean up crew!

Alrite, on a 29gal fowlr tank ( 30lbs lr and 40lbs ls) what is a good clean up crew??

i wanted Peppermint Shrimp and maybe a Scarlet Skunk Cleaner Shrimp
, Some snails, and some dwarfs hermits. how much of each ??

really it depends on how much algae, detrius, and left over food you have in the tank

I don't know if both shrimps would be a good idea, but perhaps just one of the two mentioned would be fine. I would wait until you actually see a need for a cleanup crew then determine how much cleaners you would need.

Agreed that it will depend how new the tank is and need.

I second the no-no on both a peppermint and scarlet skunk.

I'd go with just a scarlet skunk IMO.

i also have a 29gal. , maybe try a sallylightfoot crab ???
i have one in my tank. she stays busy all the time and is a riot to watch !!!!

My favorite cleaners are skunk cleaner shrimp or CBS along with hermits, snails, and a fighting conch to take care of your sand.
