Cleaner wrass stressin other fish out with erratic behavior

My cleaner wrass is freaking out a bit I've checked parameters and everything on the Mark.I think maybe he's too big for the tank and needs other fish to feed of! He is the longest fish in the tank!! He's been fine for a month or so but now I think he's going to loose it.I know it's bad but I want him out he's stressing other inhabitants out !!!
