Cleaning inside of glass

So is there a good method to cleaning the inside glass of the aquarium? I have like streaks from where the sand had settled. I tried a algae scrub brush and magnet but still to no avail. Any tips or tricks?

Get in there with a (new) sponge with a scrub side and put a little elbow grease into it......

I like an algae scraper if you happen to have one go over it with the scrub brush first then what you can't get go back with the scraper.

You can also try an old credit card as a scraper........

For glass i would use a stainless steel blade for coraline algae. I would stay away from the sand if using a mag float as it might catch sand and scratch your tank. Kent marine scraper short handle works best. You get a handle and three blades for like 6$ at LFS or on amazon. One stainless steel, one plastic blade, and one algae scrubber

It's not algae. It's looks like Sand marks from when I added water.

Oh and does it matter what type of sponge?
