I don't think so, it's a shrimp or crab if it's not mechanical in nature.

It's not my power head because I heard it on the other side of the tank better than the side with the power head I have no idea where this sucker would be at

You know, kraken sightings seem to be increasing more and more. I'm starting to wonder if lion fish are capable of controlling the kraken population

Get a tall glass and lean it on its side in the tank. Put some food in there and it'll come to eat. Then the long path of glass won't let your prey get out.
