clown fish question

I just got a clown today in my 20 Gallon tank, I have a max jet 400 power head and my fish won't swim he is just laying there. He isn't dead lol. Is the current just to strong for him

From my experience they act like a little happy fish that's all over a tank. Imo something isnt right so I'd turn off the head and see if that's it and start testing to make sure everything perimeter wise in in check

May e hes just settling in. My skunk clowns hid away for a day or two before they became fully active.
