Have you tried frozen food?

none of my fish go for the flakes
but they eat the saltwater granules
besides the shrimp I also throw in a sheet of freeze dried seaweed once a week that they also love to munch on

maybe we could help you figure out what caused it

All numbers are fine but ammo was about 1.0 due to dead fish in the tank and was down within an hour of the fish being removed

If your ammonia is at 1 then your numbers are not fine. Im sure it was at least .5 and then it killed your fish that could have produced more ammonia and killed more fish. Were you not doing water changes?

I did a water change wednesday and left friday with perfect numbers came home sunday to 3 dead fish with ammo at 1 at that time removed fish and went to 0 hour later
Might add that all corals are great as well temp is at its normal 76
