clowns

I have a 29 gal sw tank with LR that has been cycling for a couple weeks and I want to get a pair of clowns but idk which ones I should get and what they are compatable with

As far as I know, clowns in general go with most anything; unless that other thing is predatory and would eat the clowns. They can have issues with conspecific clowns & damsels outside the pair. I believe the maroon clowns tend to have some attitude towards each other & tank mates but I have no experience with them.

That's what I heard I kinda want an eel but idk bc I want some peppermint shrimp

The clowns will be a meal for the eel unless it is a zebra eel, which are very peacful but can get over 4' long.

no eels in a biocube its kinda like you at 4 foot in a biocube. not fun! i say percula clowns

What are the hardiest clowns and most peaceful?

I think all clowns are pretty hardy, maybe led a bit more by Ocellaris. They are generally pretty peaceful, but most clowns are.

Ya if you really want the eel drop the clowns and get a 75g for a snowflake.

Id rather have clowns and inverts than an eel
