Concrete Mixed with Rock

Can I use concrete mixed with old rocks for live rock.?? I wanted to make my own live rock..........

The recipe that I've seen used here before is Portland cement mix + crushed coral + rock salt, but one not sure on the ratio of ingredients, after everything is set and hardened you soak the sock to dissolve the rock salt which is supposed to leave behind nothing but nice porous rock
