Copepods

Hello guys well I would like to get some cope pods and anthipods growing in my tank I have a 75 hex tank with about 70 pounds of live rock pretty deep sand bed alive I only got a clown fish currently there but don't know where to buy copepods I would like eventually to get dragonnets and sand shifters and some fish that require this little things , so I would like to populate my thank before I add the fish any ideas?? can u buy this things can u grow them urself ?? what's the care? I know some of u will say I need a Refugion tank ! out of the question , I know for fact u can grow them on a display tank without a Refugion and get them to populate I just don't know how any ideas are appreciated I am not a rookie hobbiest so please save the rookie advices. I've Beeing doing it for a while just not the pods part thanks guys

You really don't need anything else that you aren't already providing in the tank. You just may have to periodically replenish the population one you add more fish.
