Corals under regular light?

Are there any corals or other fun things that can live under normal aquarium lighting?

Not much but if you wanted to try, I would go with mushrooms and zooas. Colorful and cheap and don't have much light requirements really.

Would they live under a t5?

I have the 56w t5 lighting and my LFS guy said mushrooms would live, but I'm curious what others will say about this. I also heard that if you have lower light you can leave the lights on longer each day to make sure they get enough, say 14 hours instead of 12.

T5HO setup would be better. If it`s just regulaqr T5`s then Mushrooms would be about your only choice.
