I have made a indoor fish pond that is around 897gallons and I wanted to know if I could keep at least 1 or 2 banded cat sharks in a pond of this size

It is possible, but keep in mind that sharks are very hard to keep. They are considered 'expert only' in terms of care.

I am very much aware of the expertise needed to successfully keep these animals and I have plenty of experience with both freshwater and saltwater aquariums and ponds.

If you can keep the water parameters fine then there is no reason why you can't
