Prices could vary 100s of dollars depending on the brand. You will need a pump, sump, skimmers and refugiums are VERY helpful, lighting, refugium lighting (if you do a refugium) you SHOULD have powerheads, your tank will be OK.

Here's a good link I used:

Saltwater Fish Aquarium Setup

Not sure how big your tank is - but that will definitely alter some things. For instance - I have a 40 gal and I do not use a sump or refugium. Nor do I really need a protein skimmer, although I do have on.

Essentials:
Tank
Lights
Heater
Filter
Powerheads
Substrate (sand, crushed coral, etc)
Rock (live or dry base)
Salt Mix
Hydrometer
Dechlorinator

Hope that helps.

I forgot test kits - pH, Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate - absolute must!
