I have a 20 gallon tank set up with live rock 2 clownfish a damsel plus some crabs and shrimp. I a doing about 500 gph with my filter and powered. Is this too much current? Also, I just put those fish in today and was wondering how long to wait to feed them

No that's not too much current. I like to feed fish more often when I first get them to fatten them up and keep them as happy as possible.
