Looks commercial grade for sure. I can see where the cost is relative to the quality going into the project. I'm guessing that LC is sending you specs for what the tank/system needs to be properly installed.

They're installing it for me, tank, coral, and all.

That sucks. I would've expected real coral and rock... Still nice though with little maintenance.
