i bought this stuff called stability and from what i'm reading you can start adding fish after a week of use.anyone ever try this .reason i'm asking is my tank has been running over two months and everything tests perfect.i added another 10 pounds of sand,will i be ok

never used stability, but the sand wont affect your cycle at all

ok thanks ,was'nt sure what cycling was all about.i only have one dart fish in a 75 gal.when should i change the water?it's such a small fish
