How do u cycle a saltwater fifty five gallon tank??? Any advice is apreciated

There are a lot of great links on google but you pretty much put your rock and sand in, and ammonia. So not use fish to cycle. Place a raw shrimp in the tank and it's decomposition will make ammonia.

Ok and how long??

After your levels spike and come back down. You have to test everyday. At the end, you should only have nitrates. No ammonia or nitrite. do a water change to get treated down then add a fish then wait awhile another fish so on. Good luck!
