My guess would be that you still have a diatom bloom depending on the age of the tank. It takes time to clear up

not diatoms... looks like a cyano. How is your flow near the bottom of your tank? How often are you feeding? Type of water for changes?

A-0
ph-8.4
Nitrate-0
Nitrite-0
In november it would be up and running for a year, i feed everyother day , lihhts come on at 7am go off at 6 7 ish pm

I just got home from a weekend away and the bottom of my tank is brown as well. Not the whole thing, but it looks just like the pic above from squidward.. pH 8.2, Amm. 0, Nitrite 0, Nitrate 0. whites 11-7, blues 7- depends... No fish, only coral and my cuc. Only had it for about 3 months, but so far everything has gone just fine. Oh, and I cant seem to find any of my hermits or other cuc besides the turbos. Whats going on?? Thanks in advance

Less time on light, slightly more wc's,slight upgrade in cuc and water flow and youll be fine
