Do i dare put my fish back in???

My tank has had White spot and I qt my fish 3weeks ago there all fine now just after any advice on anything I need to do to main tank before pitting them back in??

Water change may be in order. Say 30%? putting the carbon back in your filter also.

I've read that Ich can't only stay alive for very long without a fish host so there's some incentive to put the fish back. Don't take my advice too serious though since I'm very new to SW and all the information I get is from reading.

I would probably wait at least one more week if all the fish are fine in qt. It should be fine but yah never know right? haha I tend to over-worry about these things.

I agree, the ich cycle differs depending on a number of factors, particularly temperature, to be safe I'd wait one week more - from experience, it's heart breaking to reintroduce your fishies when the parasite is in it's looking-for-a-host stage and have them infected again.
