Does Scarlet Cleaner Shrimp Help???

Hi,i was just wondering if a scarlet cleaner shrimp will actually help me clean fishes like clownfish and gobbies. Can someone please help me with this??? Thanks

Yes they do help clean the fish of parasites and dead skin but incase of an ich outbreak it wont be enough.

They'll clean any fish that lets them. Not all will. Some do more than others.
