Dry Rock

One of the online sites wants to sell me limestone ancient coral rock. They told me everyone wants this type of rock. Not sure of the price yet. Plus I'm a newbie so
Thoughts?

Ive never heard of it. I would just get base rock and seed it with LR or just LR.

You could use it ..Not sure why you would want to though..Its much more dense and you'll be defeating the whole purpose of using rock in your system, for natural filtration that is ,,the more porous the rock the better..
