Dwarf Seahorses and starfish?

I'm definitely getting dwarves. A ten gallon tank. I don't want to add any other fish except a starfish. Would one starfish be okay in their tank.? Like would it stress the male out and make him not give birth? Also what types of live plants should I put in the tank? Thanks guys.

I think you'd more likely stress the starfish and wouldn't surprise me if starvation set in quickly in such a small tank.

skip the starfish. get some fake gorgonians/sea fans for the seahorses to hold on to.
