I have been looking at people's tank on YouTube and noticed that there is a air few dwarf zebra lions with clowns and other small fish, how do people mange this or are these fish too small to eat clowns?

When they are juvenile maybe, but not for long. They will eat whatever fits in their mouths, and they can stretch their mouths pretty far. Dwarf lions still get as large as a volleyball.

Just seems to be fair few videos of people who have them in tank with fish they seem big enough to eat on YouTube was wondering if anyone had experience with it

I had my fdl in my 125 with a snowflake clown for every bit of 5 months (before the lion died) and he didnt even pay attention to the clown. I think the key to success is order of introduction. My clown had been in the tank for prob 3 months before the lion came in. This gave the clown enough time to grow a bit and stay out of the danger zone size wise.
