feeding frequency?

how often should i feed:
-dog face puffer
-tessalate eel
-humu rectangle trigger

Usually I suggest feeding every other day as that is what I have done for 14+ yrs now. But with those three fish I would maybe suggest every day as they are big eaters. They are also very messy eaters and will cause alot of excessive nutrients in the water. A Protien skimmer with those three is a must.
