Feeding problems

Could anyone tell me any method to training my dwarf lion and porcupine puffer to eating frozen food because I trying to get them off of eating goldfish cause I found out it could be bad for them someone please help???

Frozen food between chop sticks and wiggle it around.

you could also use cocktail shrimp , when it is put in the water it looks like it's swimming , that's how I feed my hamlets I used to raise live mysiss until I ran out of room
the best way to freeze the shrimp is to separate them on a cookie sheet and pre-freeze them
once there frozen put them in a baggie making them easy to get out and not stick together , this will also keep them from freezing into a blob
