i have a 75gallon tank which im going to add ls with lr with a aqua clear 100 is this enough filtration for fish only and anemones ?

Depending on the amount of rock you will have, you won't need the Aquaclear since the live rock with act as your main source of biological filtration. You can, however, mod the Aquaclear and make it an HOB refugium with live rock rubble an possibly some macro algae if you wanted. Please think hard about the anemone, most don't make it more than a year or two in our tanks. They really don't belong in aquaria unless someone seriously knows what they are doing. Hope this helps.
