fish keep dieing in my 75 gal fish only

having some promblems with my tank. im new to the saltwater world but did very well with fresh. any ways my question is i've had my tank set up for about 2 months now but it seems like i keep having my fish die. all of my hermit crabs add shrimp are ok but any new fish i add they just die any suggestions.

12 hermit crabs
1 snow flake eel
1 camel shrimp
1 choc chip star
1 sarg maj damsel

I think it's your Sarg. Maj Damsel. But to know for sure I need for you to take some readings of your water parameters for us. Your Salinity, PH, Ammonia, nitrite and nitrate to be sure.

I agree we need some water test results. Did you cycle your tank?

my tank is at the end of its cycle. my sg is 1.025 my amonia is .25 my nitrites are 0 to .25 my nitrates are around 20 to 40 and my ph fluxuates between 8.0 to 8.4

Usually you dont want to do PWC`s during a cycle because it slows the process down but to keep your tankmates alive you`ll need to do some PWC`s to keep the ammonia down. This is the reason you have been having fish die.
