In my saltwater tank I have 0 ammonia, 0 nitrate, over 60 ppm for nitrite.is this possible? Fish seem to be swimming funny? ?
In my saltwater tank I have 0 ammonia, 0 nitrate, and over 60 ppm for nitrite. is this possible? I thought u need ammonia first to get a nitrite level esp this high. its a new tank, just put new fish in today, the fish also are swimming really jerky and making quick bee lines. they are hiding in the coral. i have an artifical reef setup with some good algae growth on it from a previous owner. whats wrong? there are 6 damsels
